Simple and easy to use system!

 

1. Business owner or manager: Enter customers name and email into system, hit submit.
   
2. Customer receives email asking for feedback—clicks on link to leave feedback on OUR site.
    

    

   If they choose 4 or 5 Stars…it will take them to a review site like Yelp, Google or one of 65 other sites to leave the review online.

    

   If they choose a 3 star rating or less, the business owner will get a text or email immediately indicating a poor review. The review goes nowhere—it stays on OUR site and the owner has an opportunity to address customers concerns.

    

    

3. 1. If no response from customer from first email, system sends out additional emails—all customizable.
